If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, bereavement, or trauma (adults and children) counselling can really help. If you are in a relationship and finding it diffcult to cummunicate with your partner about sensitive or triggering issues couples counselling can help you find a way forward. If you are finding it difficult to make social contacts there is no time like the present to think about the changes you could make. I provide a safe, non-judgemental space where we can work on understanding the situation you are in and how to make changes in your life.
My aim is to help you un-ravel issues, relationships and thoughts you may be struggling with. I have experience of working in the NHS, schools and charities which provides me with an extensive range of understanding of mental health issues and the importance of accessing therapy as soon as possible.
I work mainly in an existential and phenomenological way but also use other main therapeutic approaches (see below). I offer a confidential service and am able to work with people of all ages. I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents (different settings including in school) over a 16 year period. This includes children with special needs (ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia; Low esteem, self harming etc), trauma, anxiety and bereavement. EMDR is offered for both adults and children (face2face/online).

Additional Training & experience

Parenting issues: I have worked effectively with individuals, families and groups (including workshops in school).
